Dale Carroll joins the SHEDC team!

Sanford Holshouser Economic Development Consulting is pleased to announce that Dale Carroll has joined the firm as a partner in January 2023. He adds over 40-years of wide-ranging professional experience to the firm. Carroll has been a front-line economic developer, leading regional and state level programs in North Carolina and neighboring states. His leadership experience encompasses work in the private, nonprofit corporate, and government sectors. In addition to his work as a practitioner, Carroll has been involved in economic development policymaking by serving on boards for the NC Dept. of Commerce, NC Rural Economic Development Center, Western Carolina Industries (WCI), and the NC Economic Development Association (NCEDA Past President).
